Senior Citizen & Disabled Person Tax Relief

If you are a senior citizen or disabled person with your residence in Washington State you may qualify for a property tax reduction under the property tax exemption for senior citizens and disabled persons.

There are four eligibility requirements:

  1. At least 61 years of age -or- unable to work because of a disability
  2. Own your home
  3. Property must be your principal place of residence
  4. Household income does not exceed $42,043
